Reception

The reception is located on the 4th floor and is open from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm.
Do not hesitate to come for any kind of advice or need, for example if you need to book tickets for a visit, print a voucher or the boarding pass of the flight, book a restaurant etc.

Up to 10:00 pm we are still in the area and can be contacted by phone or ringing the intercom on the road.

Check-in

To have a ready answer ring just the oustside bell under the plate that you see in the picture.

From 10:00 am you can check-in and leave your bags.
Late arrivals are allowed until 10:00 pm.

For night arrivals after 10:00 pm please contact us in advance to arrange independent access to the room.

Check-out

Check-out is at 11:00 am (REMEMBER TO LEAVE THE KEYS)

• If you need to leave your bags during the day lock them inside your room and leave the keys in the mailbox next to the door of the apartment.
  We will put your staff in a safe place and you can come at any time to pick it up.


• If you don’t need to leave the bags just leave the keys always in the mailbox next to the door of the apartment and close the door getting out.
